These terms govern your use of this website for Blacxird Startup Hub, operated by Blacxird Industries Private Limited ("we", "us"), and any enquiry you send us about membership, tours, or partnerships. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
2. About Blacxird Startup Hub
Blacxird Startup Hub is an open factory offering coworking, factory-floor fabrication access, and startup incubation, described on this website. Descriptions on this site are informational and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer.
3. Membership and pricing
Pricing shown on this site for hotdesk, factory floor, team pod, and conference room access is indicative. Membership only becomes binding once confirmed in a signed membership agreement, which sets out final pricing, access terms, and conditions.
4. Facility use and safety
Access to machinery, tools, and PPE-mandated zones is governed by the safety protocols and induction requirements in force at the facility. Members are responsible for following posted safety rules for each zone.
5. Intellectual property
Designs, prototypes, and work product you create using the facility remain your property, except where a separate incubation or royalty agreement provides otherwise.
6. Warranties and liability
The facility, tools, and services are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the facility is limited to the fees you have paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt it, submitting false information, or using content from this site without permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
