1. Acceptance of terms

These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Blacxird Industries Private Limited ("Blacxird", "we", "us"), and any enquiry, quote request, or membership application you submit through it. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

This website describes engineering, prototyping, small-batch fabrication, vendor coordination, deployment support, and Industrial Co-Work membership access offered by Blacxird. Descriptions on this site are informational and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer.

3. Quotes and pricing

Submitting an RFQ or contact form does not create a contract. Any quote, timeline, or cost estimate we provide is non-binding until confirmed in a signed work order, purchase order, or written agreement, which will set out the final scope, pricing, timeline and payment terms for that engagement.

4. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Drawings, specifications, and project details you share with us are treated as confidential and used solely to prepare quotes and deliver the engaged work.

Designs, drawings and specifications you provide remain your property. Our own processes, tooling designs, and engineering know-how developed independently of your project remain our property. Ownership of deliverables created specifically for a paid engagement is set out in that engagement’s work order.

5. Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and milestones are defined per project in the applicable work order or contract, not by this website.

6. Warranties and liability

We perform fabrication and engineering work to the specifications agreed in writing for each project. Beyond conformance to those agreed specifications, services are provided without further warranty, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services engaged through this site is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to disrupt it, submitting false information through our forms, or using content from this site without permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
